Do the lenses actually block UV?

Yes. AURACLE lenses are UV400, blocking 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

What does “numbered series” mean?

Every AURACLE style is numbered in the order it joins the catalog — AUR-001 was first. Runs are finite and counted. When a color sells out, it's gone until the next drop. The count you see on the site is the real one.

What if I break or lose them?

Break or lose your registered pair within a year of purchase and we'll replace it with the same style for a flat USD 20 plus shipping — no questions asked. Register your pair by scanning the code in your box — or right here on the site. One replacement per registered pair, subject to stock.

Can I swap for a different style?

Yes — free 30-day exchanges, and we pay shipping both ways. Swap unworn pairs for any style in stock, or take store credit that never expires. Email ric@auracle.vision to start.

Can I return them?

Yes. Return unworn pairs in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping for refunds is on you — exchanges are the free path. Full details on the Shipping & Returns page.

How fast do you ship?

Orders ship from Las Vegas, Nevada within 1–2 business days. Launch month: free US standard shipping on every order through September 30, 2026 (from October 1: USD 8, free over USD 70).

Where can I try them on in person?

Every Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Saturday market at Downtown Summerlin — 1980 Festival Plaza Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89135. Pop-ups and festival dates land on our Where We'll Be schedule, and @auracle.vision always has the latest.
