Shipping policy

Where we ship from

Every order is packed in-house in Las Vegas, Nevada and ships within 1–2 business days (orders placed after 2pm PT count from the next business day).

Domestic (US) rates

Launch month: FREE US standard shipping on every order through September 30, 2026. From October 1: Standard USD 8 (free on orders over USD 70) · Express: USD 15.

International

We ship to 27 countries with carrier-calculated rates (USPS / DHL Express) shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships.

Wrong address / lost packages

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we'll reship it for the cost of shipping. If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, email us within 7 days and we'll work it out — we don't leave customers hanging.
