Exchanges — free, both ways
Sometimes the frame that called to you online isn't the one your face wanted. You have 30 days from delivery to swap unworn pairs for any style in stock — and we pay the shipping in both directions. One email starts it: ric@auracle.vision — yes, that's really Ric. We'll send a prepaid label. If your swap costs more or less, we settle the difference. Nothing calling to you? Take store credit and wait for the next drop.
Returns
Prefer a refund? Return unworn pairs in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for your money back. Return shipping for refunds is on you — swaps are the free path. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving back to us.
Replacements
Break or lose your pair within a year? Replace it for a flat USD 20 plus shipping. Registered pairs only — register with the QR in your box.
Shipping
Every order ships from Las Vegas, Nevada, packed in-house, within 1–2 business days (orders placed after 2pm PT count from the next business day).
Launch month: FREE US standard shipping on every order through September 30, 2026.
- Standard (US): FREE through September — from October 1: USD 8, free over USD 70
- Express (US): USD 15
- International: carrier-calculated at checkout (USPS / DHL Express)
You'll get a tracking number the moment your order ships. If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, email us within 7 days and we'll work it out — we don't leave customers hanging.
